The Piccoli Virtuosi Association is a non-profit organisation, member of Benevity, with Tax Exemption for public utility purposes, created with the objective of helping children and young musicians of rare and special talent but with limited financial means through the assignments of grants and scholarships. As a fundamental part of their artistic development Piccoli Virtuosi organises a Yearly Music Festival and International Competition.

Piccoli Virtuosi is an initiative to develop classical music at a high level for the youth in the region of Château D’Oex / Gstaad. Among its musical and educational activities, it has an important role the Music Festival that welcomes since 2019 children and young players into an inspiring atmosphere of music making and learning.

As part of the Music Festival and International Competition, masterclasses and workshops led by renowned artists are also organised. Prizes and distinctions are given to the most talented children. Scholarships for the academic year are also awarded to children and young people with the capability and determination to devote themselves professionally to music, but who do not have sufficient financial means to meet the expenses of music studies and living in Switzerland.
